REPUBLIC OF NATURE
Designed to be transported. Built to convert. GTB didn’t want a launch event. They wanted a feeling.

Don’t launch a project. Build the world it belongs to.
GTB was not looking for a launch event. They were looking for a feeling, a way to make 500 prospective buyers understand a proposition before a single floor plan was opened.
The brief was to transcend the ordinary and transport guests into a more natural way of living, creating an experience they could step into, feel, and ultimately want to buy into.
ECE’s role went beyond event execution. We designed the world around the proposition.

A forest built inside a ballroom, down to the last detail.
A wraparound canopy of projected woodland, a moss terraced performance island, hanging foliage and warm ambient light replaced the conventional banquet setup entirely. The room stopped reading as a hotel and started reading as a habitat.
Detail carried the idea further than scale ever could. Live edge timber centrepieces, candlelight instead of spotlight, tablescapes in forest green, and a bespoke gifting suite finished in organza and foliage. Nothing on the floor contradicted the story.

One continuous journey, not a collection of deliverables.
- Entry to ExitFrom arrival and gifting to entertainment, spatial design, production and hospitality, the entire guest journey was designed as one connected narrative.
- Nature, Made TangibleA custom signature perfume blended forest and ocean notes, introducing the proposition through scent the moment guests entered.
- Conversations With SubstanceA fireside conversation brought industry perspective into the experience, exploring where real estate was heading and how the future was being built.
- A Menu With a Point of ViewDining was curated around healthy, natural living, extending the philosophy of the development beyond what guests saw and into what they experienced.
- Design as PhilosophyNature was never presented as a visual theme. It became the experience, from the environment and scent to food, conversations and hospitality.

500 HNIs, and the voices that hold the market’s attention.
The room was curated, not filled. 500 high net worth individuals, Chennai’s real estate leadership, and industry decision makers, hosted at Taj Ampa.
Mr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Founder & Chairman of the Hiranandani Group, anchored the fireside conversation. The GTB leadership carried 58 years of brand legacy onto the stage. The programming was built so the content earned the audience’s attention rather than interrupting the evening.

Ownership of the idea, and of every layer beneath it.
- Concept & World BuildingTranslated a product proposition into a physical world guests could walk into, rather than a themed set dressing exercise.
- Multi Sensory DesignScent, sound, light, taste and texture were briefed and built as one system, so every sense reinforced the same idea.
- Production & Spatial DesignStage architecture, wraparound projection, lighting design and floor layout engineered around sightlines and guest flow.
- Content & ProgrammingFireside conversation, live performance, partnership announcement and felicitations sequenced into one show flow.
- Guest Journey & HospitalityArrival, gifting, curated dining and luxury display managed end to end so the narrative never broke between moments.
GTB’s prelaunch sales came in 120% above target following the experience. The event wasn’t a backdrop to the sale.
The experience was the strategy.
Experience can move business. When the proposition is translated into every layer of the guest journey, an event stops being a moment of communication. It becomes a commercial tool.
